About game install sizes

i happen to know that in MANY cases, AAA titles that get pirated, they shrink massively in size. Think, from 80GB to 30Gb, in some cases. Without any loss in quality.

i still dont download them because i dont like modern games, but it makes you think how little the game studios care about install size. AND, the pirate guys, now, back in the days, the release/warez/whatchamacallit groups where six or a dozen people per group, i dont know how many they are today, but they surely dont have the moeny and manpower that a large studio has. And they are the ones that shrink the install, without any profit from doing this, except that they want their release "to be good".
