Yeeeezus! this exercise is killing me.
I have never given my core much attention, but my new workout partners are core fiends.

After this exercise, I can feel every single fiber of core muscle.
While doing it, I feel like my entire core is being shredded apart.

I can only do 3 sets of 10, on my knees.
I can't extend out near as far as others either.

I love the ab wheel, I think it's great.

I usually do hanging leg raises, followed by the wheel, followed by side planks. Repeat til maybe 4-5 times or until I feel like my form becomes bad.

Once you get good, I've started to do a modified plank using the wheel, where I stretch out all the way, then hold for as long as I can.
