So it all depends if you want to go DDR3 vs DDR4. For most office builds 8gb should be enough.
All of those processors would be perfect for office. The A8 would be the best fit if you already have DDR3 laying around, as that really brings to build cost down. (Even old laptop memory would work well with a pair of sodimm to desktop adapters.)
If you do go with the A8, be aware that the motherboard needs the latest bios (released ~Oct 2018). If you are using a random motherboard that's been sitting on a retail shelf for an unknown amount of years you may need to bootstrap yourself with an old fm2 or fm2+ processor by updating the bios.
is 200ge enough for multiple excel files opened?2200G is a excelent choice, so it is the 2400G, other, cheaper than that go to the 200GE. The G5400 is not really a good idea, its generally far too close to the 2200G price.
7680 is about the same price with 200GE but you don't need to buy new motherboard and RAM. And its performance is not far off the 200GE in stock condition.i do have old fm2 processor a4-7300 should update it first before using a8-7680 and yeah forgot budget should be at lowest since its for office use only

There's a catch, though. You have to be sure that your current board can be updated to utilise 7680 APU.

It should be enoght, its better than the 7680 but no by much and just a little worse than the G5400.is 200ge enough for multiple excel files opened?
That CPU likes fast ram. 2400 will work fine, you just get more total speed out of faster ram. I would try for at least 3000, but again, the 2400 will work.2200g+a320+2x4gb ram 2400 would do it right? ddr4-2400 is the cheapest ram here
I wouldn't invest in the FM2+ ecosystem... even with cheap DDR3... even if you already have it. Just let it go.
The i3-8100 is too expensive for the performance it offers and fits into a mostly dead socket.
All the while, you have a 2200g and a vibrant AM4 ecosystem at much better prices. That's your answer.
I would take even the Athlon 200GE over any FM2+ CPU.
if you are desperate to use DDR3, there are h110 and h310 boards with DDR3L support (but they seem to work fine with regular DDR3)
