Yeah with PC on & under load.

To check the 3.3v line you'd need to stick a probe in the back of the ATX plug ........I forget which colour it is though:eek: ,but it'll be marked on the PSU

The ATX plug? Is that the one that plugs into the mobo? I think I may just plug in my older 350 and see what that gives me. Stuff like that freaks me out and I don't want to take any risk in frying something.

On this page http://www.enermax.com.tw/product-01.htm at the bottom is a picture of the connectors. Do I go into the atx power connector or what they call the "extra" power connector?

Sorry if this is sounding like I am a dumb dumb, but I can't afford to try another board and want to be CRYSTAL clear what I need to do.

That sounds a bit weird, ;) but that's how I do it.

On my multimeter I have a black prong and a red. So I put the red prong on the red wire and the black on black? Then put the red on yellow and black on black? Is that correct? Then on the dial on the multimeter should there be a setting for the 5 and the 12?

re 3.3v line ,just stick your red probe (red='+' ,blk = '-') in the topside (wire side) of the ATX plug (there's exposed terminal just a little way down) ,you do this with the ATX plug still in the mbrd.
For the other lines ,just go into a HDD plug as Wiz said.

I don't know what voltages are supplied to the AUX plug

re your 2nd lot of questions ,yeah black to black (always) ,red to red & then to yellow.
Re your meter ,depends what options you have ,your looking for a DC volt range that'll cover what you want to measure (3.3-12v) ,e.g. 1-20v

OK I changed the PSU and the bios was saying 4.95v so I pumped up the jams and I am at 200x11.5 aida says I am bouncing between 4.79 and 4.81. Tried a multimeter and looks like we are strong at 5. So I am going to run memtest for a while and then see how this does. If it gets sluggish again I have a couple other psu's to try but they are 300 watt so that may not so it. If I have to my neighbor has a nice antec 460 or something like that that I will try and if that one stays solid I will buy one. Hope this stays man my last couple of wu's were close to 3 hours! YUK! :)

I'm doing a restart at night & running 11.5 x 180 and then in the morning I'm setting it for 11.5 x 177 or 12 x 175
Sorta weird but I get some good WU times overnight ;)

So I am going to be looking to get a second stick of hyperx pc3500. I like this ram! Then I can shave a few minutes off by running in dual. So I have my FSB set to 210 and my ram is set to 2-2-2-6. Am I going to have to relax those a bit to run in dual, or can I slap the second stick in there and fire it up?

Doesn't matter on my mob whether I'm running dual or not - no diff in the settings here. ;)

Great to here. Sadly the 210 FSB did not last. I will try again after I get the iceburg on the northbridge and the zalman on the south. I think I found something to attach to the mosfets also. Hopefully that will help the FSB. But overall I am very happy with 200mhz running at 2.3gig.

No kidding! ,very nice:D

Btw dual channel mode didn't effect what timings my RAM could take either

Well I sold my last stick of corsair and have a new stick of hyperx pc3500 on the way! I will be trying to finish my new case complete with a fan dust to assist in the cooling and that hopefully will help me clock a bit higher. I am really going to try and push this thing enough to get the wu's to get done in 2 hours or less! That is my goal with this. I am at around 2:15 right now.

That is very nice indeed! You have a very nice set up there! Over a 1 gig overclock is very nice!

That rocks! I am going to do a few more tweaks to my "air" cooling set up and if I am still not happy, I may go water cooled.

Stinkin outpost.com! That is where I ordered my stick of hyperx from because it was going to wind up being a couple bucks cheaper and when I went to go see if I had a tracking number yet, the site said backordered! It did not say that when I was buying the darn thing. Anyway I called and talked to a rep and she said that she thinks they got a shipment in today and will ship today or tomorrow. I told her that if I ordered from someplace else that it would probably not ship until tomorrow anyway that I would just wait, but if it is not shipped by tomorrow then I am going to cancel. I HATE these sites that do not have up to date product information!

What are the absolute lowest numbers you guys have run your ram at? Meaning the T(RAS), (TCAS), T(RP), and CAS Latency. I have mine at 7-2-2-cas2 I played around with 5-2-2-2 but windows crashed. But I also raised the FSB up one so that may be it also. I was thinking of playing with lower numbers but could I damage my ram if I do? I have heard people talk about hd corruption, is this possible to happen if I lower the numbers this much. I have a spare HD that I have a ghost image on so I can ghost back. Just curious what you guys have tried.

Whenever I go lower than 6-2-2-2 mine just freaks out, refuses to post, clear cmos and start over.
It's funny but on mine I can't get any fsb boost by setting them higher either, it's like this is just the best setting on this mobo.
Right now I'm setting it 11.5x 180 at night when I'm sleeping and then lowering to 11.5x 177 during the day.
Each 1 mhz fsb seems to equal about 3 minutes off of each WU at this point, so shaving 9 minutes off each WU overnight will definitely add up.
