Why is Hillary Clinton so angry?

she feels the presidency is her "Right" as payback (like alimony) for putting up with Bill all her life

she basically expected to be annointed QOTUS (Queen of the United States) this go around. she knew everybody is hating on GWB, so she thinks it is "her turn" and that she'll save the world from Bush

That's really a non issue ..... whoever wins the Presidency will save the world from Bush.

But, at the same time, what does that say about his taste in women?! I mean, Hillary and Monica?! blech... :Q

I think I saw a picture of what Monica looked like when she was actually an intern, and I remember her being pretty hot. That's of course before she gained 50 pounds from all the whackiness that ensued. Pics are of course in order, but I guess I care enough to nef on P&N, but don't care enough to do the googling. ;)

She was for it, before she was against it.

You mean, like you?

In his defense most of this country was for the war before it started. Do you forget being told about the ties to 9/11 and WMD's? I sure don't.

The simple answer is that she's not that angry, it's just that you obviously don't like her and your feelings are clouding your judgement of her. Does she speak out agressively against GW Bush and his failed policies of the last 7 years? Naturally, since she's appealing to democrats who feel the same way.

As for why she voted for the war, along with many others who you would not have expected to, or who later came out against the war. I call it the Dixie Chick Effect. After 9-11 Bush had managed to create a paranoid atmosphere in our country where anyone opposing him was seen as unpatriotic. Most politicians felt like they had to go along with the whole thing.

she's angry?

or are you just seeing her as angry, power hungry, a bitch, etc, etc, because it fits the narrative you've built up in your head about her?

Exactly. This thread is totally devoid of any substance, it's just a venting of anti-Hillary Clinton bile.

She's not my first choice, but this thread is over the top.

With luck, as you age you will get over your fear of strong women.
I don't have any such fear to get over. I will admit that I'm scared of ugly women though and I hope I never get over that.

So let's see, our first woman president will not only have to be a strong woman, she'll have to be a hottie too? It seems that many of the people here who dislike Hillary just don't like the way that she looks. Talk about being shallow.

and for a brief moment in time, people believed it.

it was easy for Obama to be against the war tucked away in Illinois. if Clinton or Kerry or any senator who wasn't completely entrenched voted against it, they would have never seen reelection... and the vote would have passed anyways.

21 Dems voted nay, and 1 Rep and 1 Ind too. Wonder what happened to them. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iraq_Resolution

wish there was an easy way to cross-check the list with % of republicans/war supporters in the senators districts and who's still in office, but I don't care enough to be proven wrong :p

Riiiight.

Hillary's ugly goes far further than her appearance. btw, there's a fine line between being strong and overbearing. imo, Hillary not only crosses that line, she's done multiple orbits and passed it repeatedly.

Like a majority of Americans. And the reason people are against it now is the way the war was sold and handled.
