Because "bannable offenses" means "whims of the mods". Lots of forums with more traffic than this one run much more smoothly, and none of them have anonymous mods. It is and always has been a stupid idea.

yeah, why wasn't Felix banned? First he misunderstood Millenium's post, and then he used degrading terms. Like many of the members have said, Millenium simply pointed out the facts. Maybe he should be banned for using those terms, but one month is too severe. And if Millenium's ban is justified somehow, then Felix should get banned for the same amount of time also.

Millenium was banned for a month because this isn't the first time he's became hysterical and started spouting hateful rhetoric. He has been warned multiple times and given multiple vacations for his behavior in the past. This current time out is his last chance here. Next time it will be a permanent "Vacation"
