The second is a little darker than the first. I don't really like the orange visited link color but I couldn't think of anything better so went with what was in the screenshot posted earlier. Also icons get a bit messed up around the borders with the darker colors

When you click the 'load user script' button on userstyles, you can just file/save as right to that directory and it should work.
To enable user JavaScript, use Tools > Preferences > Advanced > Content > JavaScript options, and select the directory where you will put your User JavaScript files.

Mine is C:\Program Files\Opera\scripts and i just dump my scripts into that directory
