An i5-760 is probably a better choice. The unlocked multiplier isn't necessary for OCing and certainly not worth the $100+ price premium.
For DDR3-1600, I'd pick this instead: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL $180
If you must spend $200+ on memory: G.SKILL ECO 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12000CL8D-8GBECO $220
Why those? I rather pick up something that runs off the standard 1.5V or lower than something that requires higher voltages.
I'm not certain DDR3-1600 is worth it either. This 2x4GB DDR3-1333 set is $150 with an additional $10 off promo code.
