That's some serious paranoia.
When trying to figure out the thought process of a mentally deranged person, paranoia is your friend. Clearly you are basing your view on logical thought processes... that don't work with Trump.

Was the Holocaust serious paranoia?
Really? The wuflu is now a bio weapon designed to kill blacks? You're really going to go there?
We don't agree on much, but I've never thought you were stupid or a conspiracy nut. This however, is pushing the limits. I could buy that Trump just doesn't give a fuck, but trying to make it genocide is off the charts.

Did he say anything about it being a bioweapon designed to kill?

No.

He's saying that Trump is the lifeguard, and he seems to be fine sitting back and watching people drown.

Or, you know. Trump, President of the US, is supposed to give a fuck about something killing US citizens, but he, uh, how did you put it?

Just doesn't give a fuck.

Well, first he called it a "hoax".

And then, when the information DID become available, he slowed down the testing. Sounds to me like he was just taking advantage of good fortune (?) And now that he does know, he's doing even more to obstruct testing.

At least until he's reduced the numbers to what he considers acceptable.

I'm pretty sure, he's not all that concerned about blacks, browns, and "poor white trash". Out of 180,000 people, it's somewhat ironic that only one rich person that he knows of has died.
wow you are so close to trump that you know what he knows exactly? only one rich person has died from the virus and its only out to kill black people?
You're missing it. It's not what he's doing, it's what he's NOT doing. He's not testing as much. He's not providing PPE as much. He's not providing needed equipment as much.

Like I said, sitting on his hands, and letting nature take its course.

Should a legitimate vaccine ever be developed, and he's still in office, I wonder how many of the "democratically run" states and cities will be allowed access to it.
saw some statistic saying "Black Americans have 60 percent more diabetes and 40 percent more hypertension than their white counterparts"

you think trump is in control of testing? you think hes passing out ppe? did he or did he not restrict companies from selling the ppe to higher bidders out of the country? we all have n95's at my job never had a issue with ppe, to bad people dont seem to be wearing their masks the right way, guy sitting next to me has his nose outside the mask, others just have it around their chin, nothing to do with trump.

Not a bio weapon by design, but perhaps an opportunity that was taken?

You have to try and realize that Trump is not a rational person, and when he was told that it is dis proportionally deadly to black/brown people, he merely seized on that as a good thing. Or perhaps you are still in denial that he is a racist bigot?

After when Nazi's march there are good people on both sides...

As has been stated MANY times already, black Americans tend to get shit health care compared to other groups. When theres a large scale problem like epidemics and disasters they tend to be hit worse and recover slower. Its even worse with a bigot like Donald in office.
His family has already been caught flat out stating they deliberately let blue states suffer because fuck em thats why.

1. I never said it was "designed".

2. If Trump doesn't "give a fuck" and CHOOSES to do nothing, in order to facilitate the deaths of blacks, browns, and "poor right trash", it doesn't really matter if he designed it now does it?

Trump has never had a strategy with respect to the pandemic. He reacted to it and acknowledged it as little as he could for as long as he could. Even now, proclaims that his administration has conquered it, that they did a smash up job when the data indicates that the USA has bungled its response worse than any other developed nation, even semi-developed.

Trump hasn't any of the mental, intellectual characteristics that would enable him to design a strategy. He was in way over his head. But his hubris prevents him from realizing this much less acknowledging this to anyone, the press/media, his doctor consultants. He's the ultimate in arrogance.

What is more, his MAGA slogan paints him a classic reactionary:

from Wikipedia:

In political science, a reactionary or reactionist is a person or entity holding political views that favour a return to a previous political state of society that they believe possessed positive characteristics that are absent in contemporary society.

What if this virus hit white educated individuals at a higher rate than the rest of society. What would the Trump response be? What would the white educated segment of society response be? What would good Christians be demanding?

NO! When he deliberately and actively tries to discredit experts that is not complacency, that makes him complicit in the deaths of 10's of thousands. There is a big difference between "not giving a fuck" and "fuck you".

The answer to this is really simple. You don't need any conspiracy to explain our governments response, you need to only consider one thing: Trump at first thought this would not be a big problem and he made a big deal out of that fact way back in January, and he is incapable of publicly admitting he was wrong because he thinks it makes him appear weak, something he can't stand the thought of.

Classic! ... Trump supporters opining about that you should not believe conspiracy theories ...

Trump: - "We had somebody get on a plane from a certain city this weekend, and in the plane it was almost completely loaded with thugs, wearing these dark uniforms, black uniforms, with gear and this and that. They're on a plane."

Trump's understanding of practical matters in the world are from his spoiled cushy background. He never studied science on any level near as I can tell. Full of himself and finding himself in a position of influence far beyond his capabilities, he spouts absurdities. The world looks at the USA and shakes its head. We should never have a president who doesn't have a grounding in at least one scientific discipline:

"Clever people may learn as much as they wish of the results of science--still one will always notice in their conversation, and especially in their hypotheses, that they lack the scientific spirit; they do not have that instinctive mistrust of the aberrations of thought which through long training are deeply rooted in the soul of every scientific person. They are content to find any hypothesis at all concerning some matter; then they are all fire and flame for it and think that is enough. To have an opinion means for them to fanaticize for it and thenceforth to press it to their hearts as a conviction. If something is unexplained, they grow hot over the first notion that comes into their heads and looks like an explanation--which results progressively in the worst consequences, especially in the sphere of politics. For that reason everyone should now study at least one science from the bottom up: then he will know what method means and how important is the utmost circumspection." -- Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche
