Yes. It is relevant in every interaction. With the legal system it is relevant and has huge impact. In this case triply is a measurement of magnitude, not frequency. Thanks for playing at pedantry though!

I'm not a lawyer but I don't think it's a given that pleading guilty to a felony must be ignored if the plea deal is not accepted. We'll see when our resident lawyers weigh in. I suspect that DVC at least is very well versed on this very issue. Don't remember Woolfe's background.
 
Bump...here's another example of an innocent man convicted of a murder he did not commit...prosecutors hid the fact that he was 640 miles away from the crime scene...when the defense reopened the case and defendent found innocent, prosecutors REFUSED to allow him free (WTF) and offered an "Alford Plea" to save their own skins.

There needs to be honest and real repercussions for incidents like this, where a piece of evidence that could completely clear someone is kept off the record/out of the courtroom in order to 'win' a case. That isn't justice.

Honestly, the case for racism is really to be found in aggregated numbers, not some singular case where something totally unprecedented happens. These days we don't have explicitly racist rules, it's just that the worst outcomes just so happen to occur disproportionately to minorities.

Lawyers in general are scum of the earth type people - do you really think scum is truly going to setup a system that polices co-scum, and actually have that system work* in the manner it should rather in the manner that benefits them the most?

*: work as in actually work full time, not "work" as in appear to work only when minimally convenient/necessary.

What happens in these cases is poor defendants are provided overworked public defenders, ie not enough lawyer, mostly because scum of the earth (ie you & pals) don't see egalitarian justice to be in their self-interest.

I'm not sure if you've (did I get that one right?) read much AgentFail, or, Fail for short, but it's a pretty safe statement to make that his/her/it (some of us are not convinced it's not an entertaining bot) posts are just...fail. Other than some very indoctrinated Lefties here, I'm not sure I've seen any one poster (alt, bot, or otherwise) fail so consistently. Sorry, not alt, Mods have assured us Fail is not an alt.

Really two things make up your (did I get that one right xthetenth?) continued Fail:

1.) You're insistence of some accomplishment of some kind of goal/success story/whatever that, not strangely, only you are visualizing much less proclaiming. That you keep bringing up your delusion as if it's an accomplishment of some grand goal is especially entertaining... 😀

2.) Tied into #1 above, that you think anyone would need to "disparage their own", is, also quite entertaining. 😀

Others may have you on ignore, but honestly, I think you're my favorite crazy here in P&N right now - whoever/whatever you are. This is basically a guy that keeps walking into a glass wall and then proclaims he's doing the public a service by demonstrating there's a wall there...and then when people say But we just go through the door, Fail screams at them they're not smart enough to see there's a glass wall there he's revealing to them. 😀
