Can I get your stuff for cheap when you go out of business?
OK I was joking (sort of). I won't say it definitely won't work, but here's a data point for you. I am in my early 30s, lives in Brooklyn, grew up playing computer games, never owned a console, don't have a 4K gaming setup but plays a handful of games regularly, and can afford to go to a place that you described.
I can tell you that I don't really have interest in going to your place. Why? Because going to a public place to game is not actually something I want to do. So even if I am into 4K gaming (I'm willing to try it, but I have a feeling that it won't really matter to me compared to 1080p), just that downside by itself is enough to dissuade me from coming to your place.
If this idea of yours becomes popular and I actually now know some people who go there? That could change things a bit. But until then...
