Ahh, I missed that certain troops carry more than others. Thanks for pointing it out.

Kinda sucks because it looks like that's all they are good for.
 
since everything on my island is depleted now, im using the archers to strengthen the villages before my swordsmen gets there.

i have the merchant and the admin, 24/7 building and 30% resource bonus = win

build times are in the 10 hour range now for my mines, so its very tempting to use the half time 20 gold option.

16000 gold is a LOT - the merc/admin is 400 gold combined for a month. i have 1800 left right now (bought 2k) and will be getting a land commander when i start attacking.

unless you plan to be halving down build times over and over 16k is gonna last you a while.

lol i splurged and bot 16k gold. but i'm still at newbie level and i don't have anything to spend it on. this shit is way too slow.
 
anyone else not able to connect? when i try to log in it says player not found...

edit: weird, i can't log in from here at work, but when remote in home through logmein, it's working!

yeah it was down for a lil bit.. I also had a small issue where the forces out on resource patrol, didnt return. The clocked stayed at 00.00.00 , but it got fixed after 5-10 mins
 
Also this weekend we had a nice ATOT group defense thing for my city, a bunch of folks sent defense troops to my town. The stats were the following
