I'm going to take the a/c apart tomorrow. It's one of the higher end models which allow you to take it out of its casing to clean, I guess. I'm hoping there isn't any feces or urine stuck all over the place. I'm going to be very upset if there is. Well that and I'm going to find this rat and put him out of his misery.
