Agreed. Just keep in mind the people giving Al and Jesse the most pub are their critics. Ignore them and hopefully they'll go away.
 
I would agree if the crime the OP is talking about was race based. it was not. it was just a bunch of sick animals that happened to be black and the victim was white.

Obviously Sharpton and Jackson are concerned only with crimes where blacks are victimized by whites or Asians - 'cause that's where the money and power are.

I didn't realize that all of the original convictions were thrown out and that this case is still making it's way through the courts. Our legal system is a sick farce. All five defendants should have been executed by now.

A Tennessee judge was so addicted to prescription drugs during his final two years on the bench, he was having sex and buying pills during courtroom breaks, at times purchasing from convicts he had previously sentenced, an investigation found. His behavior has called into question many of the cases he presided over, including one of Knoxville's most notorious murders.

The Tennessee Supreme Court has recently adopted tougher ethics rules that require judges to "take appropriate action" if they believe that another judge or a lawyer is impaired by drugs or alcohol. A judge could face discipline for failing to report another judge for being impaired, but the rules don't say what that punishment would be.

Judge Jon Kerry Blackwood, who was appointed to hear the former judge's cases, repeatedly cited the investigative file as grounds to overturn the convictions. Blackwood unsealed part of the file because it was relevant to the convictions he threw out.

Prosecutors are appealing Blackwood's decision to overturn the convictions of the four people found guilty for their role in the 2007 slayings of a young Knoxville couple. One of those convictions came with a death sentence.

Channon Christian, a 21-year-old University of Tennessee student, and Christopher Newsom, her 23-year-old boyfriend, were kidnapped during a carjacking, sexually tortured and killed.

For Newsom's family, the thought of sitting through more trials is almost unbearable, but they have vowed to continue to seek justice.

I just don't think people can see. We have here a horrible black on white crime that was apparently not racially motivated and which a father of one of the victims doesn't want being used to stir up racial hate, but that's not what's going on, now is it. No no no no no.

There is an evil devil in the world that is trying to destroy civilization as it is known to true knowers and it has a face. It's the face of Al S and Jesse J. Any tool that can be taken up in the holy war to save real civilization is OK. It's just as logical as throwing a bomb into an abortion clinic. We have to save the innocent, no? What are folk who know the truth and see the right to do, let the world die? Right justifies anything. There can be no extremism in the pursuit of liberty no matter how many innocent people's lives are smeared and ruined, not even the right to allow your children to rest in peace. The dignity on personal conscience must be suborned to the Glory of the Greater Good. Insanity in the pursuit of the good is not a vice.

For a crime that went down in 2007, I read all the links, and can honestly say, I know less than I knew when starting this thread. All I can find that is evident, is that the local cops blew their initial investigation.
 
Holy crap it been 4 years and still no executions?! Its amazing anything other than executions were handed out in this. Just being in the same room and doing nothing to stop it should draw the death penalty in this one.

Not just Al and Jesse, but the Media in general. He's doing the same thing here, to a very small audience. He's not held as a "leader in the white community" he's simply pointing out the hypocracy of it. I've made similar points in the past as well.

The Trayvon Martin case has nothing to do with race but that didn't stop the Sharpton/Jackson clown car from arriving before the body was cold.

Hey OP why didn't you post details of the original crime? If that was your real motive?

From whay I understand this all started with a carjacking. Kinda has an element of randomness to it.

Weren't the alleged perps arrested and isn't there a trial going on?

Why don't you call up Fox News and have them find some missing white girl to bemoan so you'll feel better?
