toss 6-7 large shrimp down their defroster vent intake, in a few days the stank will be horrendous and they will prolly have to pull the dash out to fix it..

I am determined to find an excuse in the future to do this, although perhaps not to a neighbor...seriously who doesn't like playing with feces when it's for a good cause?

Grow a pair? Let them know since you don't know whose car it is and they claim to not know either, you'll be calling a tow truck every time you see the car in front of your garage.
