Not this one but I got the other cars that have been parked there from calling the landlord and having him tell me "Oh that licence number isnt a tenant." "So are you going to tow them?" "I'm sure by the time I drive down there they'll already be gone plus if I go and call the tow truck that will take two hours and if they leave then I will have called for nothing."
