Don’t get too hopeful. No lie, the second I heard of Hillary’s elaborate victory party in the expensive hotel with the glass ceiling, I knew she lost. That’s the way the universe works.
Also isn’t this the state where the winner needs to win the popular vote AND majority of all counties?

Dunno, but this article says it's Mississippi

Fox News: GOP's Bevin trailing in Kentucky gubernatorial race, as Trump calls for 'angry majority' to rise.

There's been nothing in the media to indicate that counties have anything to do with it.

Nice Kentucky. Hope you can keep going and get rid of Moscow Mitch, who is probably now making phone calls regarding the feasibility of a Wisconsin like 'neuter the Gov' effort before a Dem takes the office. I wouldn't put it past that epic piece of shit trapped in a turtles body.

That’s what I read earlier, thank you

No, it’s a straight popular vote like every office in America except the presidency. Edit: I stand corrected! Mississippi is crazy.

There do not appear to be enough outstanding votes for the Republican to win even if they all went for him.

Read the story from Cheez, that’s what I was thinking of. Two step process for any candidate to win.

Bevin was highly unpopular in Kentucky and all the downballot races went to the Republicans, so probably not too much to read into it. But still nice to see a Dem back in charge here.

People are calling the VA legislature. Democrats take total control of the state. They’ll be in the drivers seat for redistricing.

It is a somewhat unique situation. Still an impressive showing for the Ds though.

Uhmmm, Trump won the state by 30 points. From what I’ve seen other republican candidates are underperforming that as well.
