A Classification System of Republicans / Conservatives

I accidentally voted "other," but should've voted "Fiscal Conservative."

I am wondering the same thing. If there are enough fiscal conservatives, it deserves its own poll. (There have probably already been some).

I have a hypothesis that there are a core of fundy / nationalist posters on P&N that overwhelm the discussion here and really drown out the reasonable fiscal conservative posts. IN CASE YOU DIDN'T NOTICE THE EARLIEST voters WERE THE RELIGIOUS ONES! In other words, you have the people that refresh every five seconds and vote quickly but there are actually few of them! Now that more time has passed the more casual fiscal consertives are showing their strength.

Well, I don't think I could be called socially/religiously liberal. The only reason I am for abortion is for fiscally conservative reasons.

Politics tests have literally put me just about on top of Bush, actually.

Yeah I made a mistake. I've added a sentence to clarify that my descriptions are seperate from the poll answers. And I hope it doesn't skew it too badly. I think most people just answer it right away when they come in a thread.

I think you missed the part that says the poll is independent of my comments. There's nothing inherently insulting about the phrases: "fiscal conservative; nationalist; religious / social conservative" And of course you have the other option. I have a feeling you're in the religious category.

You are a tad inaccurate, try not to be such a liar. I know it comes naturally, but work on it. I called GrGr's (re)post and website a troll, not the video.

I think you will find ample examples of where I will discuss posts reasonably. The majority of your posts are trolls, or contain trolls, probably well over 90%. Right up there with Dave.

But since the mods allow trolls, I guess that means I'm allowed to point them out. Not against the rules, correct? Since you seem so concerned about the rules? Now run along...

If you read the disclaimer you would see that my descriptions are independent of my description. And I didn't say anybody HAD to be one of those. There was the OTHER option. Hardly insulting when you just have to select enter and explain what kind of Republican you are. Of course nobody has done that.

If you have faith in 3rd parties I suggest you look up Duverger's law. We are in a two party system not by choice but because of the electoral system. If we didn't have first-past the post system 3rd parties would be viable but they are not.

Yeah, the two party system has done us well. Choose from moron Bush or hypocrite Kerry. I'd rather throw my vote away on a third party and be able to live with my choice than have to cast a vote for either one of those disgusting Republicrats.
