FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT CHOOSE OTHER PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT KIND OF CONSERVATIVE YOU THINK YOU ARE.

I'm working on a classification system for Republicans. I've noticed some Republicans on this site will only respond to certain kinds of threads while leaving others completely alone? Why, because the Republican party is made up of very different types.

The descriptions that follow are not necessarilly equivalent to the poll answers. Answer the poll based on the poll labels only. This is my take on the poll labels only!!!!!

Do you guys think I forgot anyone? Which group do you fall into?

Well this is a classification. So I have to use labels and group people together.

Nice try. There's no loaded question here. There's an "other" poll option and I asked if I forgot anything.

I move that Infohawk gets a custom title of "Liberal Troll."
Don't have anything on-topic or constructive to say Nakedfrog?

What a nicely constructed stereotypical post.
It's a classification system. Of course there's going to be generalizations.

Think of it as constructive criticism. I'm on your side, but you make it hard to be associated with the liberals.

There was nothing constructive... you simply yelled troll without providing any evidence or saying what about the post bothered you.

Oh, please. Do you honestly believe this is NOT a trolling thread?
What about your "conservatives aren't creative, only liberals" thread?
I yelled nothing. If you can't see that this is a trolling thread, you deserve the label all the more.

This is NOT a trolling thread. I've determined that all P&N Republicans can be put in this thread. Now I want to have a poll to see who fits in where. It's interesting nobody has put in fiscal conservative yet.

What about your "conservatives aren't creative, only liberals" thread?
What about it? Post in that thread if you want. I think there's a lot of evidence that liberals create more art.

If you can't see that this is a trolling thread, you deserve the label all the more.
Sweet circular reasoning.

Uh...I would vote Fiscal conservative but the rest of your post insulting fiscal conservatives as "these people suffer from a bizarro view of social and economic justice. Basically, they don't care too much about gays or religion, but they sure don't want hungry children using their hard-inherited money" just came out of left field.

Not every Republican toes the GOP line.

The poll and my descriptions are independent. I will make that more clear. That's why I said religious / social conservative in the poll and religious zealot in my post. My post is my personal analysis of what people are.

Infohawk: How about Progressive Conservatism?

In canada we have a major party built around it. They actually stated the country...we have the PC's liberals and NDP. All getting more left as you read right. PC's hold most of the power in the country currently.

They are fiscally responsible, trim the fat from extravagant and useless government programs, they are firmly against government handouts (corporate welfare if you will), support the rights of all people, support a woman's right to choose, sometimes gay marriage, and will cut taxes if there are surpluses available.

I think that's fiscal conservative. When I said they are the most respectable I meant it. And there is definitely a wide-spectrum of fiscal conservatives. Didn't Clinton think of himself as a fiscal conservative? I don't think anyone is against extravagant and useless government programs.

I already DID post in your artistry thread. As I said, I'm on your side, you just make it hard to be associated with you.

Weren't you for abortion? How do you consider yourself social conservative? Abortion seems to be the big test for the religious / social conservative category.

Well, I don't think I could be called socially/religiously liberal. The only reason I am for abortion is for fiscally conservative reasons.

Politics tests have literally put me just about on top of Bush, actually.
