Pretty simple, I wonder if anything will come out of this...

I think the best challenge is to turn off and leave off your television until November.

It's the most liberating thing on earth.

I have little tolerance anymore for spin from either the Left or Right anymore. I'm gonna puke the next time I hear "And you sir are a great American".

When I began to think as a teen I set out to prove everything good I had been taught and everything I so passionately came to believe in was true.

I found instead that life is totally meaningless and empty of any truth, that all I believed and all you believe are lies, a con job of the ego, a rationalization and avoidance of ones personal irrelevance and death.

My consciousness and all my passion and feelings are monkey stuff accidents in a cold and empty universe without purpose or meaning.......

For the lover of truth there is only infinite sorrow and hopelessness and not the slightest reward for anything.

But when you strip everything that can be taken away from a person, you leave him only with what is real and it turns out, interestingly enough, that what we are, we human chimpanzees, is infinite love.

And when you discover this news, you don't really need any other.

All the other news is about reinforcing the ego, the illusionist and liar.

IMHO...without truth, there is no purpose...and without purpose, there's no reason to live.

I'm a conservative, but I stopped watching Fox when they stopped being a legitimate news medium and became a 24/7 propaganda/editorial billboard. I generally read from a variety of sources.

Which is exactly why you don't know what you're talking about. What you said is a lie. What purpose does a chimpanzee have and does it live? Does it fall out of it's tree when tickled? Does it have an ego? Have a banana and think it over. The purpose of life is to be. Oh my Beloved, wherever I look it appears to be Thou! To be is to disappear in love, to be at one with everything. It is your deepest yearning and the source of all your pain.

You are a sallow flute whose plaintive notes sing of the day it was cut from its osier bed.

You do know better but you are out of contact with that part of yourself.

Moonie is exactly correct, Reality is but Clay. We can choose whatever we like, but our Choices will determine the Outcome.
