Granted she was a bit on the overweight side (5' 2'' 125 lbs) but Dr. H said that she was an excellent candidate for the surgery, and boy was he right! Now My daughter has a nice C-cup chest, and a flat tummy. All of the girls in her class are green with envy, not to mention the boys (she is going to the prom with the quaterback!)
Dr. Hergeshimer was very professional the entire time, explaining the procedures and answering any questions that might have come up. I have a hard time believing that he would have yelled at you in his office like that. I'll admit he is a little strange, he listened to a cassette of the "world's greatest marches" while examining the my daughter and throughout the surgery.
Marge, you should give your daughter a chance to get used to her "upgraded" body. You might be surprised at what it can do for her.

Good lord, 5'2" and 125 pounds is NOT overweight? Anyone ever hear of situps?!
Well to be fair she said
a little over weight which imo she is. She CERTIAINLY isn't obese by any means but at that height unless she is MUSCLED quite a bit she'll be kind of flabby. Or have some really thick bones.
I think 'overweight' was the wrong word used here. Overweight for most people means 'really over weight' and 'quite a lot of fat'. And not your regular 5-10lbs or so. By definition overweight could just as well mean 2lbs as well as 30lbs.
It isn't sit ups it is eat less. The "tummy tuck" will ALSO FADE away if she eats poorly also she has TO KEEP IT UP. The fat will just go back if she doesn't exercise or eat properly.
And yeah WTF is with that mother?! C cups are the most desired on average by guys. She must have other issues (mother and child).
To be fair to Geekbabe the media DOES push this sort of thing. BUT guys here don't really influence the media. The female stars of Hollywood generally dont' have breasts implants but I'm sure some of them have other type of 'plastic surgery' done to them though.
I'm all for 'natural' women. I think women look great without make up but some women it is harder to pull off. Most notably blonds because of the tanned skin and the hair colour.
Big boobed asian is rare but you do find them. I have a friend that was 5"3 and with D cups. How do I know? I measured her. She has 26 waist also. Very petite girl. She didn't weigh much and ate healthy. She did exercise quite a lot though.
If you really think about it going to the gym and changing your apperance that way is not 'so' far from just going to the Dr and getting surgery done. The whole idea is 'changing' something you didn't like but both have different issues.
One could take forever or never happen at all (Gym) the other cost serveral thousands and have 'good' results. One has almost no health implications (gym) the other has a few. One will last longer and the other has suspect results with age but at the end of the day it is easier being a guy. A guy doesn't wear his d!ck on his chest and have the whole world to see what 'size' he is. But some guys are freaked out by having a small d!ck as it is anyway. IF and WHEN that surgery works properly I bet it will be used OFTEN by some guys. You will always get insecure guys and girls.
But guys are pressurised to look this way or dress this way but it isn't as nearly as much as women though.
In most cases I think surgery is bad and better to avoid it then do it but you can't make your breasts larger like a guy can make his legs/ chest/ arms/ shoulders etc bigger.
