So someone paid some company $2.5 to build a yacht. The company then bought $50k worth of materials and paid some guys 100lbs of rice to build a ferry. Then they paid the launch crew to sink it. Sounds about par for the course.

looks like a houseboat on an airboat hull. Even if that thing did make it in the water it would have been unstable as hell.

Looks like all the smart ones got the hell out of the country and came here to study, decided we know what the fuck we're doing and didn't want to go back to mud ship yards.

I don't know anything about boats. And I could tell in the first 3 seconds of video that that wasn't going to work.

damn video was funny but I just happened upon this comment on that site via translation

"When the [country's] leaders want money to use, people queue up to deliver it to their home; When the boss wants money to use, the finance department writes down a false expense; When companies want money to use, bank loans are freely given; When schools want money to use, parents empty their pockets; When specialists/experts want money to use, advertisements are filled with lies; When hospitals want money to use, medical bills go up; When police want money to use, those caught breaking the regulations are fined as much as possible; When women want money to use, they throw themselves into the arms of corrupt officials; When the ordinary common people want money to use, even jumping off a building is useless."
