I downloaded it off neowin, I used Stylebuilder and hacked it a lot though. Changed a lot of the settings, so it doesnt really resemble the same theme. I also made the wallpaper, and some of the icons myself. As you can see the bottom icons are different in the taskbar. I used reshacker to hack shell32.dll, msgina, and a few others. Have fun.

Yeah sure, I dont have enough free space left on my homestead account to upload( using 7.8 megs of 8 mb so far), but if anyone wants to provide a ftp, I can upload all the files there (about 10 megs total). 😀

Anyone know a mirror to the desktop weather download? The main page seems to be down.
