All those system stats you see on people's desktops are courtesy of a nice little program called CoolMon.

I downloaded it off neowin, I used Stylebuilder and hacked it a lot though. Changed a lot of the settings, so it doesnt really resemble the same theme. I also made the wallpaper, and some of the icons myself. As you can see the bottom icons are different in the taskbar. I used reshacker to hack shell32.dll, msgina, and a few others. Have fun.
