i think if its the same offer code or whatever, since this is limit 1 you cant do it.

say you bought a 160 gb, with the same $30 WD rebate form, as the 80 , you would probably only get one back.

bought one - manufactured Sep 03, and came w/ 3 year warranty (all others from Nov 03 only had 1 year)...

its 109.99 -30 -30 = $49.99

frys as same drive for 78.99 -30mir = 48.99

if you PM to frys, the bestbuy rebate will not be valid. but the WD rebate still will be. same price after all of it

109.99 - 34.10 (PM)
75.89
- 30mir

45.89

FAIR WARNING after a year Western Digitals whine like an airplane on the runway. Have 4 of them that do this. I'm not buying any more - even at $0.10/gigabyte. The ones I have will be used for backup ghosts as I replace them with Samsungs, Seagates and/or Maxtors with fluid bearings.

the BB ones do that. this is a wd800jb.

its fluid bearing

does bb, accept competetors coupons? if you got one of the 15 off 75's from staples, you could get it for stupid cheap.

edit, both of the 'special edition drives' I have had for over 14 months are still silent, I can only hear the initial spin up when I start up the machine.

my mistake from the above post.

99.99 -30mir - 30mir

do NOT try and price match to frys.

rebate form clearly states that you will NOT get the BB rebate if PMed.

plenty in stock at pasadena store
