Given that I believe around ~50-60% of new HIV cases TODAY, in the US, are in gay/bi-sexual men they apparently aren't even conscious now.

Minnesota: Applicants 18 years of age may obtain a license. It is necessary to provide proof of age.
Applicants between the ages of 15 and 18 must have the consent of a parent, guardian or the judge of juvenile court.
Applicants under the age of 15 needs the written consent of a parent or guardian and the consent of a juvenile court judge.

How many children died after being left in cars this summer? Do you feel the same amount of rage over those deaths?

What is important here is not to judge other cultures using our standards.

What is important here is to realize no matter what culture this is, a 8 year old dying from injuries endured during sex with a 40 year old is wrong. Sickeningly wrong.

I don't give a shit if they're "technically" married. Sex with children is wrong. Maybe it's better she died now, instead of enduring years and years of a sweaty old shit stain fucking her for the majority of her childhood.

Nehalem is a troll amongst trolls. As far as legal age to marry, no state in the US specifically allows below 13 and it'd be a very rare circumstance they'd even allow that age. He chose to mention a state that has a juvenile court option because it allows him to argue his idiotic point. Some states have a system in place to allow for possibilities, but there are no modern instances of it happening.

Getting upset about it, and posting how outraged you are on an internet forum is not going to change anything.

Chances are there are dozens, if not hundreds of other deaths that we never hear about.

Difference is we heard about it. I'm not judging by or standards, I'm judging by the standards of any reasonable, decent human being.

EDIT: Further analysis

6.66 times more men contract HIV from gay sex than straight sex. Given that ~4% of men are LGBT this would tell us there are 25x more straight men.

so a gay man is 166 times more likely to contract HIV than a straight man from engaging in sex.
