$7900 would wipe out my debt by ~80%. It's all car loan debt so it's not so bad.

What would $7900 do for you?

Hmm...dollar amount threads.I seem to remember what happened the last time with these.

Make for a very good time in vegas. I'm not kidding. Screw the hookers and blow, I want to gamble. I want to play.

Pay 1/5 of my college expenses this year.

Damn. I'd have spent that money on a house instead.

Begin my investing career while the stock market is low. Screw paying the student loan right away, I'll do that over time just like everyone else. 🙂

Raise my net worth (outside of home ownership) "to" $7,900. It's been a rough couple of years! 🙁

SMU is expensive, luckily scholarships cover a lot for me, especially considering I'll be here for ~5 more years if I do the MBA/Law program that I plan to.

Pay 30% of my student loans.

They talk about student loans being not all that bad, and not to pay them off early. With parts of the loan at 6.8%, the other above 7%, I don't see how that is that is really true. Especially considering what else would I put the money in? The rate of return on most everything is crap.
