763 Square Foot Apartment enough for two people?

It's plenty of room if you don't have a lot of stuff and keep things clean.

Me and my GF are living in a 700 sq ft apartment currently and I never feel cramped.

the two of us are in a slightly smaller than 700 sq ft apartment now, and it's enough space, but ideally a second room would be nice to have a den/study area. i don't like having bookshelves in my "dining" area.
