No, just taking some stabs at it knowing the crowd here.
Yeah, how dare any one blame the gun. A tool designed for the specific purpose of killing and is highly effective at its job. Or how about a total fucking nut job was able to get one with ease. Remove the gun and this story becomes "14 people stabbed, 3 in serious but stable condition."

Didn't read the thread. Someone catch me up, been banned, just got back. Have we blamed guns yet? Have we blamed Trump yet?

Well a fertile field of his followers was watered with hate and liberally (lol) fertilized with guns and oh look a couple of em bloomed last week.

Don’t worry I’m sure they are just the harbinger of a bumper crop of right wing terrorists.

Maybe now that Slow is unbanned, he'll be sure to chime in in his "Market up.." thread.

I think I did reply to it before. I pointed out that in a trade war there are going to be some sacrifices, but if we stay strong we will end up in a better place. The tariffs are actively hurting trade but Trump's economy is still strong. We will go through some bumpy parts of the road until we get a better trade deal. Of course though, as I've said before, the Democrats used to be the party of ask not what your country can do for you... now they are the party of free healthcare, free college, free housing, ever more handouts, etc.

When citizens are confronted with leadership that is making actively stupid policy decisions the best thing they can do for the country is stand up and stop them.

Come and join us in helping America, the president is incompetent and was convinced of the wisdom of a trade war by an idiot advisor. Let’s help get some actually smart people in there.

You guys are dropping the ball all over the field today... FFS smart people... he is a troll. An attention whoring sock puppet. When sock puppets don't get enough attention they eventually leave their mom's basement. They buy a van. They bedazzle it with Trump regalia, they attend rallies when their hatred is whipped up to another level by their Daddy father figure giving them marching orders, they stock up, they try to kill liberals...

Don't feed a sock puppet today.

Make him see the Sun...

Any responsible gun owner, including me, has to be in favor of keeping guns out of the hands of those who would misuse them. If that means raising the bar for gun ownership then so be it. Combine that with better policing and tracking of "minor" gun crimes such as making threats or posting threatening gun related comments, it would go a long way towards preventing some of these shootings.

Would it completely stop them? No. Can a motivated person get a gun regardless of the law and carry out a shooting? Yes. Is it fucking absurd to believe easy access to guns doesn't contribute to the number of shootings? Absolutely.

https://www.tabletmag.com/scroll/273777/correcting-the-adls-false-anti-semitism-statistic

The problem is that no sound empirical data exists that shows an increase in anti-Semitism during the Trump administration that would justify such claims, while the data that does exist, like a much cited ADL study, proves no such thing.

Most important, the study does not actually claim to count “anti-Semitic incidents,” as such but rather the reporting of these events. First, it purports to count those incidents that have been reported to the ADL by the media, law enforcement, and the public. The ADL acknowledges that some of the increase in documented incidents is not an actual increase, but results from “more people … reporting incidents to ADL than ever before.”

Second, the report does not count only actual anti-Semitic incidents, but any incident that results “in Jews perceiving themselves as being victimized due to their Jewish identity.” As a result of this methodological tic, the ADL’s tally includes 163 bomb threats made to Jewish Community Centers and other Jewish institutions in early 2017, even though the two perpetrators were not motivated by anti-Semitism.

Finally, it’s worth noting, that despite showing a 57 percent increase in incidents overall, from 1,267 to 1,986, the ADL study shows a 47 percent decrease in physical assaults, from 37 to 19. This is obviously inconsistent with the meme that 2017 saw a surge in violent anti-Semitism. Physical assaults are also the most objective sort of incident to document, which adds to concerns about the robustness of the rest of the data.

ADL president Jonathan Greenblatt distorted the report’s findings as recently as two days ago in The New York Times, asserting that the ADL report found a 57 percent increase in anti-Semitic incidents in 2017. He added rather misleadingly that this figure includes “physical assaults,” though one assumes he understands that the report actually showed a large decrease in physical assaults.

You mean the party of actually getting some return on all their tax dollars, rather than handing their hard earned money over to corrupt special interests.

OMG teh SOCIALISM!

marking this,

Really? "Marking it"? Do you suffer from delusions of grandeur?

because you are, here, the only idiot that has even suggested such nonsense.

Are you hurt to see something that contrasts with your false delusions? Face the fact that this guy was a nutjob for decades, a loaner since at least high school, who chose a loaner profession, and was a fuse already lit and waiting to go off.

Whether it was Trump, or some girl in the checkout line at a gas station, or the IRS, or some forum dispute, was irrelevant. Was is relevant is the state of the US that pushed him to this point, but more than that, his own mental instability. He was a ticking time bomb and your trolling to try to imply that I shouldn't disagree with blaming someone else, is simply absurd.

It is important to mark it, because

Because you're an idiot with no life. You are truly delusional if you think you spew Special Words.

Please come back a couple years from now and tell us the special benefit we gained from your marking things. Again, it's absurd.

this is the moment that you will cloudout when, days and months from now,

I've been around longer than you, so stop hand waving this days and months nonsense. Let's talk about long term, which you don't have enough attention span to consider, since you couldn't grasp that this nutjob shooter was brewing for long before Trump took office.

you and your drooling pack

Idiot. I am no part of any drooling pack. I am opposed to Trump being president. I am opposed to shootings. I am opposed even more to idiots who pretend that the solution is to revert to left wing democracy. Trump is the best of the bad choices, an idiot egomaniac but at least he understands the problems with the economy despite his utter lack of social skills.

will start shouting "people were saying that Trump is responsible for all pre-Trump shootings" and only in reference to some bullshit comment that only you invented.

I'm curious what group you're trying to imply I'm a member of, since I haven't supported or agreed or liked any other nonsense posts I've seen in this topic full of rabid idiots.

You are suffering from TDS. Face the truth. Face the fact that there is a large % of society that doesn't like Trump but isn't reduced to stupidity trying to blame all the US problems on him.

You wrote "mark it", well please do mark it and monitor the state of the US to see if it magically gets better after the next president is elected.

If it doesn't get better that pretty much makes you an idiot, doesn't it, for placing blame in the wrong place and then even trolling about it?

Do "mark" that, on your calendar, and come back and talk to me about it then.

I took apart your post so much because Every Single Sentence You Wrote Was Extreme Stupidity.

Maybe you need a vacation, maybe you are confused that something someone else wrote, somehow means I'm in their camp, that we're aligned, that it's some great conspiracy or something.

It is boggling to me that you are getting information so mixed up and you need to step back and get a grip.

Actually, collaborator, it's pretty clear that the guy, who used Fox News talking points of "invaders", did what he did because he's been brain damaged by Fox News propaganda. In other words, a modern US conservative.

But you keep parsing sentences word-by-word to cognitive dissonance away the fact that right-wing authoritarianism is alive, well, and currently living in the White House.

Collaborator.

Those claiming Trump is to blame, not blaming Farrakhan show their bias and true intentions. Farrakhan has for decades preached anti Semitic comments and beliefs. Powerful Dems aligning with him to this day. He claims Hitler was a great man, but they don't care. Or any of the Dems literally calling for violence to the right. Just recently a Repub office shot up, but that's acceptable to them. Taking a terrible tragedy and immediately exploiting it for political gain is pathetic. But done time after time.

I don't think a white supremacist would pay farrakhan any mind, if anything he would likely shoot him given a chance.

The Messianic Jew bogus rabbi believes the 11 Jews killed on Saturday will spend eternity in Hell. Because of course he does.

If the point was to show solidarity with the Jewish community in the wake of Saturday's massacre, I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say they could have done a wee bit better job of it. Like by disappearing from public view for a few weeks.

I don't think they could have picked a worse "rabbi" for this event. talk about tone deaf. and then to bless republicans to win the mid-terms when he's suppose to be honoring the dead.

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/pence-...tims-with-rabbi-praying-to-jesus-the-messiah/

The Washington Post noted that in his prayer, Jacobs named four Republican candidates, including Epstein, and prayed that they win in November. "I pray for them and for the Republican Party and its candidates so that they would honor you and your ways, that you might grant them victory in this election," he said from the stage.

Haven't heard from Farrakhan in years but have heard from Trump on a daily basis with a much more dominant, visible pulpit.

And please, list all the powerful Dems who align with Farrakhan today.....who have Farrakhan campaign for them.

And please, links to all the Dems literally advocating for violence against conservatives/the right.

And, no, no one I've heard or seen, either here or in real life, has condoned the shooting of anything or anyone.....links to that, too, please. Who has been glorifying shootings of anything/anyone other than right wing activists? Links please.....again.

Thanks in advance, cause we both know you'll never produce crap. Just a bunch of verbal diarrhea like slow, DS, et al.
