The Yate Loon D12SH-12 you recommend are not PWM, right? Does that mean they'll be running full bore all the time? I don't have any external fan controller or otherwise.
How does PWM work with dual fans in push-pull anyway, don't most motherboards only have one 4-pin connector for the CPU?

Either that, or buy one of these - fan controller that accepts PWM signals and controls fans via Voltage.
