Interesting, now ELF basically takes on the wacky "let's kill folks" language. Wonder how long till they act?

Watching now...

Doctor Jerry Vlaskik? (sp). What a piece of sh1t. The left's own Rudolph, only too much of a coward to do it himself. All over animals.

Eating chicken is the same as owning slaves!

How unsurprising you would passively defend this. Of course, you're always calling for all kinds of violence and unrest, as long as someone else does the dirty work right?

Personally, I prefer to eat organic chicken/eggs. Had 4 nice organic eggs this morning, straight from a farm I drove to. How's that work out for you in the big city?

Actually quite well seeing how many choices we have.

just becasue your carton of eggs says "organic" means squat btw

-there is no law that says organic actually means anything

Most factory farmed eggs do advertise organic misleadingly, who wouldnt?

(at least in CA I dont know about your state)

If you read in a bit farther into the factory farming BS they get away with and the big money that is behind what you are watching you would see these "evil" people that are watching out for your health in a totally different light.

That explains why 'greens' in europe support immigration, they want more terrorists to destroy our infrastructure, and to punish 'evil' consumer..

Some propably think that immigrants from africa are closer to nature, and more extremist 'greens' think that immigrants kill evil capitalists..

Another person spouting lies, show me any endorsement of the green party to destroy civilization or the "evil consumer".

What next? the commies tainting the water?

It is sad that the very industries geared toward profit at the expense of our health can leverage enough bs onto the public and people snap it up.

Actually there are rules and regulations you have to meet and abide by to be able to label your foods "organic".

National organic program

Not in CA, just gotta pay a fee and you get state approval with no oversight.

The very worst chicken farms are well known to sport a organic label.

Do you think that they make it public, or do you think that all of them are thinking that way?
Remember that i said some want capitalists dead, and some just think african immigrants are closer to nature (just look how they have lived in africa).

And you do know that some enviroment activist would like to see ALL people dead because we 'exploit' nature ?

ps. it's not always what people say, it's what they do and how those actions can be explained.

Ahh, so the green party are a secret conspiracy to overthrow the victimied corporations.

 Give me a break, did you get this from drudge report also?

The green party calls for accountability and responsible conduct from these companies just as you would if you werent more concerned with cheerleading against your own best interests.

That is simply not true.

Q: When must organic producers and handlers be certified to continue to market their product as organic?
A: Beginning on October 21, 2002, producers and handlers must be certified by a USDA-accredited certifying agent to sell, label, or represent their products as "100 percent organic," "organic," or "made with organic (specified ingredients or food group(s)." Please see section 205.101 for exemptions from certification.

Ah, ha and what is this 205.101?

It is a fee that they can use to opt out, provided for the biggest farms.

§ 205.101 Exemptions and exclusions from certification.

(2) A handling operation that is a retail food establishment or portion of a retail food establishment that handles organically produced agricultural products but does not process them is exempt from the requirements in this part.

(You are right as my knowledge of this is from 2001 I see no fee but the clause for those who sell to retail is still there)

Speaking of squaking, here goes the (as usual) uninformed Steeplerot!

Didn't I mention that I was at the farm? I see the very chickens, the very grain, the very cleaning room (even cleaned a few of the eggs myself). Short of raising them myself, I don't know how I could be more sure.

But back to the topic, I need to be killed, right? Cause chicken are just another species, and I murder them.

Who said anything about burning down houses?

And you approve of bulldozing peoples homes for wal mart?

Or is it ok if it's a corporation or the israelis?

Becasue unlike the fantasy stories or a few nutjobs willing to shill for big corporations by talking insanity like that on tv the above happens far too often.

"retail food estabishments..handles...but does not process them is exempt". That certainly doesn't include all the growers. Actually it seems that only exemption 1 deals with producers and that provides exemptions for those with under $5k of sales. It also doesn't mean they are unregulated even if exempted by one of the exemptions.

Read the exemptions

Anyway, lets try to get back to the topic of Environmental terrorists like ELF.

this one goes back and forth. we have the rightwingnuts who blow up children in daycares and abortion clinics, and the leftwingnuts who torch unfinished housing developments and hummer dealerships, and such. if you paint all lefties as elf vandals, then i'll paint all the righties as mad bombers.

I know of that kid who burned the suv's and he was misguided. and it was one kid, you cannot paint a whole group of people becase of one idealogical vandal

Everyone has distanced themselves from that crap in the activist community, figures they would bring that up.

Oh well fearmongering and corprate agenda sells. Damn that liberal media..Carry on.

A good point made in another forum:

Few people would argue in defense of vandalizing SUVs and breaking into labs. The question is whether these activities merit the label "terrorism." What the corporate media want to do is to make vandalizing an SUV and flying a plane into a building morally equivalent and equally newsworthy, which they certainly aren't.

Exactly, calling this stuff big scary names like eco-terrorism is pure sensaltionalist crap imo.

Pranksters, and yes, even the criminal element of resistance to a system, but not meant to sew fear into a populace.

Next thing you know TPing someones house will be "terrorism" which has almost become a meaningless term nowdays for "opposing the status quo"
