Looks like it's possible I've been had. There are several other forums questioning this video as well and while no one has been able to say definitively one way or the other what is contained in this video, I'm inclined to believe it may not be what it was advertised to be. one of the scenes from that "sniper" video matches a scene in the varmint hunt video. those are definitely not humans.
 
All of you do know that we are not authorized to shoot actual people with the .50 caliber rifles, correct? We can only shoot vehicles. Second they would not film it.
