She started with some cold symptoms Thursday evening, then complained of a headache Friday morning. Daycare called 2 hours after I dropped her off and said she suddenly had a 103F fever.
Wife picked her up, went to the Dr., and they did a test by spraying fluid in her nose which confirmed it was Influenza A. She was prescribed Tamiflu and Rimantide since we caught it quickly. Unfortunately, the poor little ah heck feels nauseous too so she can't keep the medicine down.
I hate it when kids get sick. 🙁
