Turn off automatic updates? I would never have that crap on, I'll update as I see needed.

Anyway how CRITICAL are these patches? I installed maybe a handful of 'em over several years of using win2k and never had any problems come up whatsoever. Of course I always had the newest service pack but still I don't go running to MS update for daily "critical" updates. :roll: ;)

I don't have automatic updates on, WU just adds it to my "critical" updates every time I go to the site and I have to remove it manually since I don't want to download & install it. It's not that big a deal, just annoying.
