This is the current voting basically. Round 3.1 would have no more buy ins, if we did a new round, it'd be separate from those tickets i'd purchase.
 
I like the idea that round3 is locked in, just rolled over towards the other lotto, and there being a round 4 🙂

Till we win nothing (or close to nothing), it'll all be fine. But if that 1-in-a-million chance comes home and we win something, somebody will figure that they are missing out on half-a-mil and would like a swipe at it in court, and everybody's a loser.

Good - Round 3.2 is a brand new opportunity, to be built from scratch. I'm willing to pay a $1 convenience fee (or expenses) for each share of $10.

The meager winnings from Round 3.1 could be used as suggested, for a Mega or to recompense you (Vivi) for the gas and labor; you choose.

But before 3.2 starts, we need our basic set of rules listed on your page; you could start with some of those already suggested. IANAL, but have seen too much TV to believe people can stay benevolent in the face of a windfall of money.

Sadly I would have to agree with this too, especially with how many people are involved this time, odds are good someone would end up butthurt if anything looked slightly sideways:\

Unfortunately you should still cover your ass and make sure everyone who had a share agrees. You don't want some prick saying after you win the Powerball that he would have put that money towards the Powerball instead.

However the share would only be less than a dollar which can't buy a powerball ticket. So you only have to consider the guys who bought 3 or more shares lol.

And yes - get some official rules going! I made a stab at it a page or 2 ago.
 
Vivi should just put the money aside for something like a scanner so he can scan in the tickets for future at lottos. :awe:
 
I could make official rules, but I think they wouldn't be of any use in court...hmmm.

Yeah, i'd like to automate scanning, so it can take numbers and input them into sheet for me automatically, the GF hates helping, hahaha.
 
lol, you have a good woman. Honestly, it amazed me the couple times i participated how fast people could input those numbers.

Ok, so its settled, Vivi will get an automated scanner. Or a strongbox. Stuff for future AT lottos. :awe:

yes, round 3.1 for more tix, but MegaMillions. just to completely differentiate.

and like i said, b4 starting round 4, make the rules clear on what to do w/small winnings (ie: Under $10k)

you could make the official rules and ask people to sign to agree the term of the rule, before they join the lotto.

i like that idea too. donate the $155 won so far so Viv can get an automated scanner.
