My system:
MSI K7T266 Pro2-A (4x agp)
T-bred 2100+ (133mhz fsb. crashes at 136)
512MB PC2100 ("Legacy electronics," thus above fsb)
PNY FX5900U flashed to 5950U (at stock speeds, 475/950)
Um. Games don't run as fast as I would have expected. In NFS Underground with full settings I get a little jerkiness. My 3dmark scores were pretty low, too. My main question is: Does running my card at 4x slow it down a lot? I read a review saying that 8x agp really didn't matter, but I don't know if they tested the current top of the line cards.
No nvidia-bashing, please.
