4gb Ipod Nano - $169 w/ free shipping

I spent a few days shopping around and the best price I could find on a Nano was at the Apple Store. They have refurbs with one year limited warranty for $169. I bougt one with a wrist band with overnight shipping for around $230.

I got this, a 20gb 4G refurbished iPod with a free dock for $169 (free shipping), deal about 2 months ago. It's an awesome deal if you don't care about newer features that the 5G models have and just want a ton of space for music. I havent had any problems with my iPod so far, and you can extend your warrentee like you can for new iPods

The SanDisk Sansa looks very cool and it can also play video unlike the nano! Not only that, it has expandable miniSD (or just regular sd?) so you can add more memory to the 4gb. Worth a little extra IMO.

Yep. That's always the issue. There's a lot of players with more features. But nothing can compare with the user interface and the integration between iTunes and the iPod.

That's why Apple's got the market locked up.

Actually, just the ignorance of 3/4 of the country that doesn't know what an mp3 player is, just what an Ipod is.

Let us not forget those of us who DO know MP3 players, and computers, etc, and who have friends who trust us for recommendations on stuff to buy. I recommend iPods to people I know because it really is the simplest, most efficiently-designed MP3 solution on the market. Most people don't know a lot about computers, and with iTunes, they don't have to.
