Well, no Nik that isn't true it is very different than blowing hot while on the clock. To blow anything, you had to have consumed alcohol recently. To fail a marijuana drug test, you just have to have consumed within the last 2 - 4 weeks. You can have been sober for 2 weeks, yet still fail. That is ridiculous. It is just easier, if the job is that important, to just STOP all together.

There is an alcohol test for those on probation or zero tolerance jobs that can detect consumption just like a weed test.

Yes I have health insurance. It is quite fucking good health insurance as well. We are owned by a large French corp and they are nice to us by keeping our health insurance standards up even though the new Obamacare shit kind of fucked us by raising rates. Right now I only have a few grand in the bank because I have been working on fixing my financials for the last year. To be honest, it's not even my money anyways. I already promised it to my brother to help pay his tuition.

And the only point I came to this thread to make was that people who do illegal drugs should not broadcast it, as the OP did. If they do then they should expect to be treated with the stigma society and employers often associate with such activity. Keep it to yourself and you will get by just fine. I wasn't trying to disrespect you, which you seem to think I have based on the insults you keep hurling my way.

I personally think drugs should be legal because the economical and social cost of enforcement it too great. I'm tired of paying to jail people who smoke pot and tired of seeing people unable to work and support themselves because of a drug conviction. That's why I advocate people who do smoke pot keeping it to themselves.

Or change the current laws...whatever's easier for you.

It doesn't matter what the stigma of society is. I don't live for society. If you do, that's chill man that's on you. I'm all for that, but just because YOU respect the "stigma" doesn't mean everyone does and that should be quite the fuck obvious. PS your "or change the current laws" why do you think so many people flaunt it? If everyone is doing it and not giving a shit, the law will change quite a bit quicker don't you think?

I also just said I've been fixing my financials. That can mean any number of things. But if you must know, I made dumb decisions a few years ago and I kept making them even though I had to help my parents afford their house and living expenses because my step mom got to sick to work. I have just recently hit the break even point and am getting ahead. Like I said earlier as well, I am going to help pay for my brothers tuition for school as well. Dartmouth is expensive and my step mom still isn't bring in as much as she used to yet.
