Well today I decided to cook a three pound burger and see if i could eat it in a hour and a half.
Well.. I failed. I ate half of it in 45minutes.

It was on a french roll with 8 slices of provalone cheese, lots and lots of pickels and river of ketchup with 3.29lbs of 80% lean beef.

Here are my pictures to tell the story.

Took like 1.5 hours of cooking time.

I baked it in the oven at 375 for 45-50minutes then grilled it for like another 30-45minutes.

enjoy.

Woah.... 3lbs is lightweight for me. Are you sure you had enough beer/soda to wash it down?

Has a 2 pound burger - if you can eat it in 30 minutes, it's free.

Good try. I salute you for your efforts.

That's disgusting, btw. I've been known to eat some unlikely stuff, but even I wouldn't subject my body to that kind of torture.

I saw the pictures and now I really want a 8x8 from In N Out. That's gotta be close to a third of what you attempted right?

Congrats though, you've become my hero for the day.
