I'm sure quite a few will get a kick out of this, as I run around the forums saying how great having 3 360's + Hulu + PlayOn is, and I constantly make sure to mention how my PS3 has been sitting powered off collecting dust since the day it was purchased. This is your time to point and laugh.

There is one thing about the 360 that absolutely infuriates me to no end. I play the majority of my games on the Elite attached to the LCD TV in the computer room. This is the second time now that I have began a game that did NOT tell me that my game would not be saved if I was not logged into my gamer tag, and I didn't realize this until 1-3 hours into the game when I exasperated my efforts trying to figure out how to save and actually had to fucking google it because I couldn't figure it out. The first time, I believe it was Tales of Vesperia. No huge loss there, the intro is pretty fun and easy to repeat - but this time, I was three fucking hours into the Naruto game, having gotten Chakra concentration level 2 and double jump and spent two fucking hours running around the leaf village collecting coins from hard to reach places in the maze of a city.
WHY THE FUCK do I have to log into a gamer tag before starting these games to save them? Why the living shit does it not automatically prompt me to do this rather than starting the game from the power on button? Christ, iI've wasted an accumulative 8 hours of my fucking life to games that magically required I log on to my gamer tag before I start the game to fucking save.
How does shit like this pass the QA process? Who was sitting around saying, "Hey dude lets force these guys to log into their gamer tag BEFORE starting the game EVERY SINGLE FUCKING TIME THEY START THE CONSOLE. COOL IDEA MAN, give that guy a raise". If logging in is a requirement to do ANYTHING, I better be fucking prompted to do it before the game even spews me it's distributor adds.
Shit. What happens if I'm not networked? What if I took this game into the living room with no internet connection on the arcade? Because I didn't log into xBox live, would I not be able to save?
Fucking retarded.
Stick a fork in it. This thread is done.
