I am busy worrying about more pressing issues in my own country to care about 3 Arabs shot dead in a foreign country. But the silence of the American media makes me wonder hmm: what if the conspiracy theorists in Pakistan are right?

What do Pakistani conspiracy theorists say?
The murderer in this case will, hopefully, never see the light of day again.

As for media, you posted in the early morning hours. Excuse us for... sleeping. Maybe you don't appreciate how common violence is, but things like this are not emergencies. They are carefully and procedurally dealt with in due time. Especially with the suspect already in police custody.

The locals handled it just fine, and your conspiracy theorists can go shove it.

Instead the news source claims that there was an ongoing domestic dispute between neighbors over parking....

There should be an independent investigation into this. The USA government has lied too often in the past 2 decades. These lies have started wars and resulted in hundreds of thousands of deaths.

I don't hate Americans. I just feel that powerful lobbies and corporations within America have manipulated American public opinion that has negatively impacted my life. When I try to question the anti-American sentiment within my country, American hypocrisy is often cited as the reason to hate.

I certainly don't feel that the average American has reason to hate Muslims. Muslims have been negatively portrayed by Western media since 9/11. The subtleties are hard to detect, but there are obvious ones such as labeling of terrorists, terror attacks. Obviously Muslims themselves are at fault themselves; but the self-righteous attitude of the American right-wing makes it difficult to sympathize with any Western terror victims.

I am all in for drone strikes in my country even if it results in a few civilian casualties. But I find it hard to defend the American arrogance and hubris. Just look at the replies in this thread: most people blindly trust their government's overseas action despite having been lied to so many times! They look at us as "shithole" residents. I've also been referred to as a fool, idiot and a troll.

And that makes me wonder: they are killing alleged "terrorists" today. Tomorrow, they may come for me, and the day after for you! They already treat me like one. When the Americans are funding the same people who are indirectly killing Americans and less important people like myself, I find it impossible to believe that anything other than hubris and corporate gain is fueling these attacks which, I must agree, benefit me. For now at least.

It's a shame that American foreign (and anti-muslim? by media corporations) policy is the exact opposite of transparent and accountable.

Let's keep things real, shall we? Enough of these casual terms we toss around everyday.

The problem are people - not lobbyists, not organizations, not governments, not the environment, etc. It's people and they're no good. Let's leave it at that. No need to justify anything.

Just because an American politician says they are necessary, it doesn't mean they are. You can't bomb away violent thinking. Your using the term Muslim rather liberally it seems. Do you think these guys who are doing all these killings should be called Muslim? What about them makes them Muslim? Just because they wear a certain type of clothing or they happen to be born there? A true Muslim would never act that way. A Muslim, or any other religious person, should be a person who acts a certain way. A hypocrite can never be a Muslim (or a Christian).

99.999% of this world are hypocrites (including me). I think we should stop calling ourselves and each other Muslims, Christians, Hindus, etc. We are not. But that's not the point here.

What your seeing in this thread and elsewhere is how people are. Don't blame the media or anyone else. These people are who they are. Their nationalistic attitudes distorts them from seeing the actual. Your nationalistic attitude might also distort you from seeing the reality as well, I don't know. The same goes for me.

It is terrible when anyone is killed. But it seems like we pick and choose over what lives matter and what don't. All lives matter. Just like the media in Muslim countries may not cover the Paris attacks in total detail, the Western media may not cover the anti-"Muslim" crimes in total detail as well. We're a biased people. Tremendously biased, in fact.

So instead of saying "3 Muslims executed in America." Maybe it should be "3 humans." They are humans first and foremost. And it is terrible what happened.

If the victims were Jewish, or worse, if the shooter was Muslim, the collective American media would have been enjoying multiple orgasms.

I usually think conspiracy theorists are idiots. Even here, they are adopting extreme views. However, there is an obvious bias against non-Western culture in American media. Sometimes it is okay, you can't have totally neutral reporting. But pointing out that wearing a hijab is a medieval tradition or that bearded Muslims are fundamentalists isn't really needed.

I think you should focus on the fact that the biggest enemy to Islam is Islamic Extremism - in the image that they project as well as the literal & physical damage they've done to their own people.
