Please don't rely on social media for your news.

Please don't use social media at all.

Would you be this upset if the victims were white and the shooter was Muslim?

I would be more upset if the shooter was Muslim. Social media comes without bias--I have often found it more credible than the rest. They can say things other dare not to.

....credible....

I do not think that word means what you think it means.

It's ridiculous how the American media is ruling out the religious angle to this despite evidence that the accused openly spread hatred about religions in general.

You're STILL ranting about this?? Sheesh... you're wrong. Get over it and find something else to rant about.

I wonder how many who are on the "move along" side were doing the same with Brown in Ferguson?

As for me I admit that religion may have been the motivating factor, or at least contributory, however while I don't rule it out neither can I rule it in. As far as justice there is no reason that regardless of circumstance the accused will not be held accountable.

able to be believed; convincing.

At least in my city, there are certain things the print and electronic media won't say. The social media has less restriction and are able to name and shame openly.

Nothing on mainstream American media.

I am busy worrying about more pressing issues in my own country to care about 3 Arabs shot dead in a foreign country. But the silence of the American media makes me wonder hmm: what if the conspiracy theorists in Pakistan are right? If the victims were Jewish, or worse, if the shooter was Muslim, the collective American media would have been enjoying multiple orgasms.

Edit: Apparently, CNN and others have started reporting on this story, going as far as making it the "lead story on their page with obnoxious sized 24 font."

Different time zones and an American Corporate lack of 24 hour live news.

If I were paying tuition at Duke the hard way, like Belle Knox, I'd be fuming that my money was going to pay for a "chief representative of Muslim Affairs."

Well of course you would be, you delicate little flower you.

This thread has pretty much run its course..
into a special level of fail.

Its actually done a great job of proving why its good to wait before posting a story. This story started out as "3 Muslims killed by Atheist for religious reasons" and in a short time has changed to "3 people killed by wack job over parking space".

Its not a bad thing to have the facts before posting a story. And its a damn good idea to have them before posting rants.

It's still not settled either way.

Might not be a good idea to rush to a conclusion yet.

Still not sure you understand what those words mean.

I'm sorry you live under an oppressive regime who feeds you BS. Maybe you should elect better leaders.

When RudeGuy and Pulsar have nothing better to say they always question the meaning of a word that you use....

A few bad apples?
exactly!! When it comes to the Police abuse of powers....

This is an isolated incident, good thing this happened in the USA......most likely it is a very isolated incident!

To bad the abuse of powers by the Police is NOT isolated...................

Hey, it's fucked up that these people died - but, there aren't death/murder squads killing Muslims in America that are being covered up.

There ARE death/murder squads killing Muslims in the Middle East though, and said squads are led by Muslims.

I think you should focus on the fact that the biggest enemy to Islam is Islamic Extremism - in the image that they project as well as the literal & physical damage they've done to their own people.
A lot of truth in what you said!!

It sorta might. IIRC The Green Bean is in Pakistan. That shithole is so corrupt I'd probably believe social media over mainstream if I lived there.
