I was on my way to work this morning when I drove by a cop sitting in the median, which is very normal for the highway I take, and he pulls out and tails me for about 5-6 miles. The idiot was about a foot off my bumper the whole time and should have been slapped for it since all the cars around us were starring at him instead of watching the road, meanwhile after about mile two I was thinking about just jamming my brakes on.
Anyway, we pass by another cop sitting on the side of the road with his car perpendicular to the road and he pulls out and is now joing the bandwagaon. The first ass hat flips his lights on for one second and I just keep on going, not sure weather he wants me to pull over or he just hit the wrong swicth...Then he and the second idiot flip on all they have, lights are blazing and sirens are howling....So now I figure I better pullover.
I get the car stopped and another jackoff comes out of the workwork and pulls up to the entourage. The three get out and approach from all angles. I have the windows down, car off, radio off, hands on the top of the wheel in plain view, etc....they take about 5 minutes to get up to the car. Idiot number is scouring the car inside and out and see my winter hat and gloves in the back on the floor tucked under the seat. In a ass hat tone he asks why I have the hat and gloves? I tell him I left them in there form wintr and never removed them. He then turns into a little girl and looks at hi watch and comments that its July, why haven't I removed them yet? I respond telling him that I still have my winter wipers on my car as well and just never got around to removing them. He still questions why I would still have them in this hot weather? I say the same reason the snow scrapper and and jacket are in the back as well, that I nver got to it.
I'm irate at this point because they all start picking apart my car pointing out that my front plate is missing and that my exhaust is loud and that the one fender has lots of rust on it, etc. Then he asks for my license and registration and asks what I'm doing out driving? I repsond going to work and he asks where. Then he says he will be back in a few minutes.
Finally he comes backc and the other two retreat to their cars. He didn't say your free to go or sorry we thought you may have been someone else, etc. Just tossed the license and registration on my lap and walked back to his car. I sit there for another minute and finally pop my head out out the window and ask if I can go. They say nothing just wave me off liek I was some nuisance to their day?
