parsley.

i don't the difference between Italian parsley and Cilantro.
they look the same.

anyway, what are your favorite garnishes before a meal with meat ?

like if you really want to treat yourself, what do you splurge on
veggie appetizer wise before digging into a steak & bacon (and
cholestorol) protein fest ?

Italian Parsley has a more strong taste and is lemony. It tastes very different from cilantro. I prefer cilantro though.

Appetizers are supposed to get the saliva flowing. Herbs do not accomplish this. Savory foods do.

Radishes and cilantro are garnishes for an appetizer. Both taste great. Yeah, cilantro and italian parsely look similar, but the taste is very much different.

A good appetizer might be something like tomatoes and bocconcini garnished with cilantro, and dressed with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

bocconcini = Italian cheese balls.
