Well ACTUALLY Spiderman 2 sucked balls, I was watching it with a bunch of friends and everyone though it was a cheezy load of cr@p. IF you said Godfather 2 then maybe you would make more sense.

But, Terminator 2 was so.... campy. Lot of one liners. They tried to make it another happy-go-lucky action film, which the first one wasn't at all. In Terminator 2 its all "Bad to the Bone" etc... Whereas in Terminator 1 its OMFG AN UNSTOPPABLE ROBOT FROM THE FUTURE IS TRYING TO KILL ME! THAT IS SCARY, BUT IN NO WAY FUNNY! AHHHHHHH!

Aliens 2 was great though. Because it wasn't campy.

What are you talking about? Its a direct sequel (they are repopulating the country after the outbreak from the 1st movie), and its produced by Danny Boyle who created the first one.

Early reviews over at aintitcool.com have been wildly enthusiastic.

really? not the whole fact that the city has been closed since the story ended in the first movie, and they think they have all of the virus contained, but apparently they do not? sounds like a continuation to me.

Review: '28 Weeks Later' thrillingly effective
"28 Days Later," a zombie movie on speed, pictured the United Kingdom as a desolate wasteland just a month after a virus entered the general population. "28 Weeks Later" ups the ante, and does so quite effectively.

Ok I thought it was really well done. There was suspense from start to finish. I was not comfortable in my chair at all. There were some slow parts but I think that makes the movie better because they used it to build the characters. The plot was somewhat predictable but no boring. There was some very intense bursts of action, and some great shots of London. I don't know how they managed to make the city deserted all the time from the aerial shots unless they used computers. I didn't like the ending for various reasons (no spoilers). But the quality was good and worth the ticket.
