If true, I'd say this is Darwin's theory at work.

Anyone who uses the election results as an excuse to commit suicide, would have used anything else handy.

This has nothing to do with politics.

Attn Everyone...

If you don't agree with Darkhawk... You are apparently wrong. Please retract all your statements that don't fit his and conform to his standards. The sooner you do this, the sooner you'll understand the err in your ways.

Thank you.

Would you rather me say "Seig Heil" like you all do?

That's what I'm talking about... For you, there is no middle ground. We are either all mindless puppets with their strings being pulled by what I have heard alot of people here at AT claim to be an idiot (he's pretty damn smart to get the votes he did) or we are rabid bush haters that are correct in your eyes.

If you'd like to "Seig Heil" like I have never done (even in jest) feel free. That will prove to anyone that questions your maturity and/or intelligence that you are low on both scales.

You're the one who said "You need to leave the gene pool" (Once again, I'm lumping you all into one group) and you must respect your President. Well, one mindless thought deserves another.

Thanks for proving my point. When you can see "me" as a seperate entity from some "collective" you've created in your mind, then I might give you a little credit. Until then, you saying that I said "You need to leave the gene pool" because another Bush supporter said so.... You have proven your low level of maturity to many.

And you yours, because you and others jumped in to defend someone's dispicable "Darwinism" statement. Therefore, you condone it. Therefore, you agree with it.

Sadly this is true. Every vote for a true Free America and not a Relgion controlled America will be crucial for both the next 2006 mid term and of course 2008 General Election.

Can determine wheter the U.S. itself survives as the U.S. or Officially re-named a new Religious Entitity.

11-8-2004 New York Police Investigate Suicide at Ground Zero, Find Suicide Note In His Vehicle

"We're still investigating the aspect of the security breach," said Port Authority spokesman Anthony Ciavolella.

Ciavolella said a note was found in Veal's car, which was parked about two blocks away, but the Port Authority would not comment on the note's contents.

Veal's suicide came as a shock to his colleagues at the University of Georgia's Survey Research Center, who told The New York Times Veal was passionate about combating poverty, sexism and homophobia.

Somebody commits suicide and some of you guys are so quick to crack a political partisan joke about it, pretty disrespectful - I think everybody would agree on that. So Darkhorse points this out and the guilty get their panties all in a twist, not only that they get defensive - pathetic in my opinion.

His colleagues told the New York Times that he was passionate about combating homophobia. Perhaps his actions were a result of recent news that officials in Georgia are trying to re-label all the schools textbooks to explain that evolution is a "THEORY"! Maybe that was the final straw for him? God-forbid (no pun intended) if officials in my state of Vermont tried to pull some asinine, ignorant, have-no-respect-for-seperation-of-church-and-state christian circus-stunt like this, then I can see how some people could be offended to the point of suicide?!

Anyway you spin it, a life was lost - politically motivated or not. Let's refrain from disrespecting his LIFE.

Can anyone remember any Election aftermath of people fleeing Country & killing themselves???

11-7-2004 Man Shoots, Kills Himself at Ground Zero

NEW YORK - A 25-year-old from Georgia who was apparently distraught over President Bush's re-election shot and killed himself at ground zero.

Andrew Veal's body was found Saturday morning inside the off-limits site, said Steve Coleman, a spokesman for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. A shotgun was found nearby, but no suicide note was found, Coleman said.

Newsday, citing a police source it did not identify, reported Sunday that Veal opposed the war in Iraq and was apparently distraught after the election.

Friends said Veal worked in a computer lab at the University of Georgia and was planning to marry.

"I'm absolutely sure it's a protest," Mary Anne Mauney, Veal's supervisor at the lab, told The Daily News. "I don't know what made him commit suicide, but where he did it was symbolic."

Update:

Dumb arses really think this has ANYTHING to do with the election? This guy had serious issues and most likely a mental illness. Unless you him or some one with serious mental illness please don't speculate with partisan fluff it is disrespectful.

More....in case anyone cares. I'm not sure about the source:
The Georgia man who killed himself at Ground Zero was upset about President Bush's re-election - but his biggest problem may have been his double life, a source told the New York Daily News on Sunday.

Andrew Veal, 25, was engaged to be married to an Iowa college student, whom he was supposed to see at her sister's wedding in Seattle this weekend. But Veal also had a girlfriend in Athens, Ga., where he lived, sources said.

When cops found his body in lower Manhattan's hallowed ground Saturday morning, they found a note to his girlfriend saying she was "too good" for him, a source said. The note also included a reference to Bush's victory, the source said.

Friends and co-workers said they never had a clue Veal was suicidal.

"I think he wanted it to be dramatic," said one 23-year-old Athens friend. "The election was just a catalyst."

Veal was a peaceful, liberal vegetarian who hated guns, never got worked up about politics or Sept. 11 and seemed content, friends said.

...but what a dumb reason to waste your life over.:confused:

I wouldn't agree with what he did, but he certainly had VERY strong beliefs. More than can be said for some people. R.I.P :(

While I feel bad for the guy and his family, it's shameful to try to turn this event into some sort of appeal to emotion and make him out to be a martyr. Death should never be a political instrument, and shame on anyone who uses it as such.

The Times admitted he didn't kill himself over the election, or at least that he didn't say anything about it in the 3 page note he left.

Looks like the Liberals are trying to spin this into a "Don't you feel sorry now for voting for Bush" campaign....

You did not quote the whole conversation, only my post. Either way your response is nothing short of illogical jibberish, much like your sig. Try reading mine, it's an actual quote......

BTW I can prove I'm not a troll, check my Heat, plenty of other AT members who have attested to my ethics, anyone going to bat for YOU?
