Yes sir. I met the person I am dating on there. When I was in college it was much easier to meet new people but now my social circle is fairly well established and I'm not really a bar/club person.

Bars, Clubs, Lounges when i'm deliberately trying to meet women. But I will talk to women anywhere I see them and that has paid off bigger dividends than the bar/club/lounge thing.

Avoid bars and clubs like the plague - sure go there to have fun.. but not the place to bring someone home from.. I mean, if you want something that'll last more than a few hours ;-)

that can be a problem unloess you have a large social circle. you go trhough 2 or 3 and you get a reputation that follows you. .....sometimes can work against you sometimes it can work for you....either way I prefer having my destiny in my own hands so i take a proactive approach and do not wait for friends to deliver the women to me.

The bars that I go to here in Baltimore are filled with alot of snobby people period. Its a good place to pick up a good looking woman but the odds of getting laid are very slim. There are some places where you can pick up some slutty chicks but they are in the more undesirable bars.

normal ppl go to clubs and bars too. Where do you think people go when they go out on the town? Also people go out to bars and clubs to be social....they are their explicitly to socialize and meet people.....granted their are bar sluts but you can pick them out a mile a way.

i went to Happy Day's Cafe or something like that in Baltimore... people weren't snobby at all (were kinda trashy though )

Have a hobby? Join a club that participates in that hobby.

Join a church group.

Keep an eye on the local events in the newspaper and attend events that would attract the kind of person you'd want to meet.
