I got lucky with my 2408WFP.
I bought it about a week or two after the new revision (A01) came out, which was supposed to address input lag problems, as well as give better adjustments for sharpness. "Unfortunately" I still received the original A00 revision, but my monitor doesn't seem to have the problems most people described. The input lag is completely unnoticeable (I haven't put it next to a CRT, but it isn't affecting me in FPS games or making me dizzy like so many people said), the OSD settings stay with what I set them at between power on / power off, and I used a program called softMCCS to manually set the sharpness to 37 (the A00 only goes in steps of 25; 25 is too blurry, 50 is too sharp, 37 is perfect - the A01 has sharpness in steps of 10).
I can't say for sure that I'd buy a second one (assuming I had that kind of cash, and if I actually liked dual monitors), because I'm not sure whether or not people were blowing the problems out of proportion, or if I truly got lucky and received a gem. I believe it uses the same (or similar) panel as the Samsung 245T.
