Nah, no hard time. When I was 17 I got 14 tickets in one year. I was uninsurable and had my driver's license suspended numerous times. My dad kicked me out, but not before kicking my ass around town a couple dozen times.
It was all misdemeanor type stuff. Fighting, underage drinking, attempted kidnapping (kept one of my girlfriends out for 2 days)..that kind of stuff. I was not exactly a role model. My wife finaly tamed the beast. 😉

24 hours of each? Damn, I was offered 48 hours jail vs 80 hours community service. Seeing as how I already spent 12 hours in the cell, I should have finished my sentence. I had people tell me about a cushy office gig, filing paper for the county clerk, catered lunch, and what now. Fvck me, I worked like a bitch on the end of shovel for those 80 hours.

I do a decent amount of community service anyway, its not that bad.

On the other hand, I've spent 19 straight hours in jail, and it was HELL

In 24 hour lockdown, the women are the most vocal and in more trouble. Also do not make the mistake of saying "I will let you see my .... if I can get out of here" in jail public.
