Pretty cheap favorites winning across the board, but the games have been a bit tighter than estimates were. (Other than WVU choking it up and probably knocking big 12 out of playoffs for good.)

Finally get a couple upsets late, Boise and lol Tennessee.

And though they tried, FSU allows clemson to break the streak.

Clemson getting more bullshit calls and wins. The next play after that terrible crack back block call , Clemson had an obvious PI call with the defenders arms wrapped around the receivers waist , no call. Jimbo is a million percent right in his post game conference. Oh well , Clemson will just get beat again by Bama or someone else in the playoffs.

Losers gonna lose and haters gonna hate.

j/k ACC refs have sucked for as long as I can remember.

<-----Clemson grad.

This too. Michigan, maybe. Hell, we still have to play Wake.

Somehow the multi year horseshoe that Georgia had up their asses got inserted into Clemson's.

Bama at LSU this weekend. Let see if LSU (with the new interim HC and OC) will able to break the 5 games losing streak to the Tide.

Yeah, Alabama is by far the best team. Finally got around to watching Washington, so I've seen all the top ten against ranked opposition, and Alabama, especially on defense, is like watching men vs boys. You never know in a one and done playoff, but if anyone beats them it would be a major upset. Maybe Michigan or Clemson have a shot, but those teams still might not get in. Knowing the Pac-12, Washington will lose to WSU in the Apple Cup and take themselves out of the conversation. And they seem like they arrived a year too soon. I think the only way Alabama doesnt win the championship is if they somehow lose bad in the SEC title game and dont make the playoff. It would almost have to be something like lose to LSU or Auburn, then lose in the SEC title game. But I dont think anyone who have seen them doesnt think they are the best team this year.

They kept Ohio pretty high in the polls again, even though they managed yet another uninspiring win, this time against Northwestern.

off by one. BCS corrected the AP error of having Ohio quite so high by moving A&M above them, but they also put A&M above the Huskies in the 4 spot.

Washington is still a young team, so I suspect they will be in the mix again next year. I also went to the Utah game - defense gave up some big bonehead penalties that kept Utah in the game.

I just can't tell how A&M has such a great schedule. They gave up almost 700 yard to a Tennessee team that could only put half that many on Appalachian State. I wish Washington had UCLA this year, so they'd have a solid win over a common opponent.

My keys to victory for the LSU Tigers over Alabama on Saturday: Score more points than the gumps.

I have hope.

How about control the line of scrimmage/attack the Bama defense before anything? See here - http://www.theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/sports/lsu/article_12a1db08-a12f-11e6-8960-a359c4757f47.html

Last year, when LSU was 7-0, LF7 was riding high. When the game ended vs. Bama, LF7 had 31 yards total in 19 rushes and LSU was humiliated by Bama.

Players know it, too. Linemen point to themselves when asked about the key to this game. They shoulder the load, just like they took the blame for last year’s carnage in Tuscaloosa, when then-Heisman Trophy favorite Leonard Fournette mustered just 31 rushing yards in a 30-16 loss.

A Bama defender contacted Fournette at or behind the line of scrimmage on 13 of his 19 carries in that game. Only once did he reach the second level — the linebackers — without having been touched.

“It’s bad,” Malone said. “It’s on us.”

Unfortunately, based on what we have seen so far this year, Alabama should have the advantage on the LOS on both sides of the ball.

I still have hope though.

When I saw them talking about it, thought it would be interesting to watch 14 OK vs 15 Col last night. didn't realize till later they were both playing, but against different teams.

Don't have to worry about A&M anymore. They promptly use their playoff ranking to take the next game off. Unfortunately it wasn't a bye week for them.
